To be able to support you quickly even if there is no service partner near you, we work together with our experienced service partner WunderFix.
WunderFix provides support through remote diagnostics and the coordination of repairs – professionally and always in close consultation with our team.

With the Remote Repair Service from WunderFix, we offer you a modern support solution that can quickly provide clarity in warranty or guarantee cases:

Diagnosis via video call with experienced mechanics

Self-help support for simple cases

Arranging a workshop appointment, if necessary

Coordination of suitable spare parts in consultation with Aventon
This is how it works
1) You contact our Aventon support. For warranty or service issues, you should always contact us first.
2) We will determine the best solution. Depending on the case and location, we will either involve an Aventon service partner or, additionally, WunderFix.
3) If we use WunderFix, they will handle all further communication. You will receive an invitation to a video call via email. WunderFix will then contact you directly and guide you through the next steps.
4) Solution via video call or workshop appointment near you. Many issues can be resolved in the initial conversation. If not, WunderFix will arrange an appointment with a partner workshop on our behalf.
WunderFix will contact you exclusively on our behalf and in close coordination with Aventon.
