Power Couple Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1) Organizer
The organizer of the sweepstakes is Ride Aventon Germany GmbH, Ganghoferstraße 70b, 80339 Munich, Germany (hereinafter "AVENTON").

2) Eligibility to Participate
Eligible to participate are natural persons aged 16 and over residing in the Federal Republic of Germany. Employees of AVENTON and their relatives are excluded.

3) Period
The sweepstakes begins on March 19, 2026, at 08:00 AM and ends on April 30, 2026, at 11:50 PM (CET).
Participation actions outside this period will not be considered.

4) Participation Action & Tickets
Participation is free. Each participant can receive a maximum of one ticket for the common prize pool. There are two equally valid ways to participate:

Way A (Instagram):
Follow the @aventon.de account, like the sweepstakes post, and specify in the comments which of the two bikes (Trava Adv or Current Adv) is preferred. Tagging friends in the comments is voluntary and not a criterion for the chance of winning.

Way B (Website):
Participation via the website is only possible through the official AVENTON sweepstakes landing page during the promotional period. A prerequisite is registration for the AVENTON newsletter via this landing page, including a successful double opt-in (confirmation of registration via email).
Newsletter registrations via other forms, subpages, pop-ups or other registration methods on www.aventon.de do not participate in the sweepstakes.

Multiple participations, especially via both participation methods or through repeated newsletter registrations, do not increase the chance of winning. Only one participation per person is decisive.

5) Prizes
A total of two (2) prizes will be raffled off to two different winners:

1x Trekking E-Bike model "Trava ADV"
1x E-MTB model "Current ADV"

Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of prizes to third parties is excluded. AVENTON covers the costs for standard shipping within Germany.

6) Winner Determination & Notification
Winners will be drawn randomly from all eligible participants from both participation methods (Instagram and sweepstakes landing page) within 7 business days after the end of the sweepstakes.
Notification will be made via Instagram direct message or email.

The winner must respond to the prize notification within 3 business days (72 hours) and provide the necessary data for processing (name, delivery address).
If no timely response is received, the claim expires and an alternate winner will be determined.

7) Exclusion & Premature Termination
AVENTON reserves the right to exclude participants in case of manipulation (e.g., use of bots, circumvention of participation requirements, multiple registrations).
AVENTON further reserves the right to prematurely cancel, adapt, or terminate the sweepstakes for important reasons if proper execution cannot be guaranteed due to technical or legal reasons.

8) Liability
AVENTON is only liable for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. This does not apply to injury to life, body and health, or in case of breach of essential contractual obligations.

9) Data Protection
The personal data collected within the scope of the sweepstakes will be used exclusively for the execution of the sweepstakes; for participation via Way B, additionally for sending the AVENTON newsletter based on the consent given in the registration process.

10) Platform Disclaimer
This promotion is not associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Instagram. The sole point of contact is the organizer.

11) Legal Recourse
Legal recourse is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
